This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Zayvero Trade India LLP ("Zayvero," "we," "us," or "our") through zayvero.com or via WhatsApp.

1. When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before you receive our shipping confirmation message. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation once received, provided the order has not yet shipped.

3. After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As stated in our Refund & Return Policy, Zayvero does not accept returns or offer refunds, so please ensure you wish to proceed before your order ships.
