Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us on WhatsApp at 9211346007 immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
As all products are non-returnable, refunds are strictly limited to orders that were successfully cancelled prior to shipping, or instances where we are entirely unable to fulfill your order. Processed refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
